The quickest way to start is to call, text or email with one or two sentences describing what's going wrong. You don't need a brief or a budget figure. Our phone and text line is (604) 632-4959 and our email is Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep office hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.
What happens next
Tell us the basics
Business, city, website and the problem to solve.
We review it
We look at your site and local search results first.
We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
What to include in your first message
A short message with a few specifics helps us come to the first conversation prepared. Include what you can:
- The problem in your own words. For example, "our crew keeps missing calls in parkades" or "two new buildings opened near us and nothing changed".
- Your business and where you work. Type of business, and whether your customers are mostly on the Coquitlam side, the Burnaby side or both.
- How you know it's a problem. A rough count helps: missed calls last week, tower jobs cancelled last month, or what you spend on a source you can't measure.
- Anything you've already tried. So we don't suggest it again.
A template you can copy
If it helps, adapt this:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [type of business] working mainly in [Neighbourhood or City]. Our problem is [one sentence]. Last [week or month] we had about [number] of [missed calls, cancelled jobs or unclear enquiries]. Best time to reach me is [time].
Send it by text to (604) 632-4959, which is always welcome, or by email to Ali@Sedighi.ca.
What happens next
After you reach out, the process is short and predictable.
- We reply. Usually within one business day, to arrange a time to talk or to answer by return if your question is simple.
- The consultation. A complimentary, confidential conversation with a senior partner, by phone or shared screen. We ask about the problem, how you've measured it and what fixed would look like.
- A written recommendation. If we think we can help, you receive a short proposal naming the problem, the fix, the engagement format, the timeline, the fee and the terms. If we don't think we're the right fit, we say so.
- Your decision. There's no pressure to decide on the call. Take the proposal away and read it.
How we work with you
The group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and this practice works with businesses around Burquitlam and Lougheed. Consultations happen in person or by video call, and day-to-day work runs by phone, text, email and shared screens.
That works well for this kind of problem. Nearly everything we need, including phone logs, calendars, profile insights and booking emails, is already digital. Sharing a screen for twenty minutes usually tells us more than a site visit would.
Before you contact us
If you'd like to understand our approach first, three pages are worth a look. The services overview describes the four problems we solve. The engagements page explains how scope is set, without published prices. And the FAQ answers questions about contracts, ownership and results.
You might also find one of our guides useful on its own, such as the strata job-day checklist, which many trades use whether or not they hire us.
If you're not sure it's the right problem
Many owners hesitate because they can't tell which problem is the real one. That's normal, and it's fine to say so. Describe what you're noticing, such as quiet phones after a building opened next door or crews complaining about wasted mornings, and we'll help you work out which issue is underneath it. Sometimes the answer on the first call is that there's nothing worth paying us to fix, and we'll tell you that too.
A note on privacy
We only use the contact details you give us to reply to you. We only email people who contacted us first, and we don't add anyone to a mailing list. Should you want your messages removed once we've talked, tell us and we'll remove them.
Frequently asked questions
Should we call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. A call is quickest for a back-and-forth conversation, a text works if you're on a job, and an email is best if you want to attach a phone log or a list of buildings.
When will we hear back?
We usually reply within one business day. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.
Is the first conversation confidential?
Yes. What you tell us about your business stays between us. We don't add you to any list, and we only email people who contacted us first.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. If you have a recent phone log, a few examples of difficult tower jobs or a list of what you spend on marketing, they help, but a one-line description is enough to start.
